Dusty is a 3-year-old terrier mix that weighs about 15 lbs, is sweet but very shy. His Foster Mom has been working with him for a few months and he has made good progress during this time.
This poor guy has had a rough life until we rescued him. He was living tied up outside in the streets of Mexico, very little human contact. He was lucky to get food of any kind.
He is now incorporated into the family with the Foster Mom’s other dogs. He loves his food and will eat very quickly! Dusty will take treats but will only allow petting when he is in his doggie bed.
He does get very excited when his Foster Mom comes home. Dusty needs a home with an individual that has a lot time and patience. We think he might bond better with a human if there are no other dogs in the household.
