Cody's was picking up another dog at a local shelter and saw a couple filling out papers. After they walked out we realized they had tied Dusti to a tie out and surrended him. We talked to the staff and they had asked him to euthanize her. We could not leave her there. Dusti was shaking and would not look at any of us. In the car ride home, after lots of pets, she started coming out of her shell. The other dog started licking her face as if he knew how scared she was. Dusti weighs 35 lbs and is about 8 months old. She is beautiful and such penetrating hazel eyes. She is great with dogs and just the sweetest! Applications to foster or adopt
