Duchess

Dog-friendly adult dog that is a little timid at first. She is house and crate trained. Gets cranky around other dogs while eating. Duchess also loves cats and currently lives with 2 in her foster home. Yes, she does like to chase/play with them, but does not hurt them. She doesn't bother their litter boxes or feeders when they are trying to eat. She just wants to be friends with the cats. Her foster said "Duchess ia a dog-friendly adult dog. Though she can be a little timid at first, she warms up quickly. She is house and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate each night and is crated while her foster humans are at work. Duchess is working on becoming more food secure, so she would do best being fed separately from other dogs. However, she does live with 2 cats in her current foster home and does well eating while they're around. Speaking of cats ... Duchess loves to play with her foster kitty brothers. She enjoys chasing them around the house but would never think of hurting them! As any good lady does, she respects their boundaries and knows when enough is enough.
