What a big, gorgeous, squishable face Drill has! He is estimated to be about 8 years old and weighs 87 pounds. Drill is a lovely older gentleman who's looking for a quiet retirement home where he can spend his golden years soaking up love and attention. This big lover was sadly left behind when his owner passed away, but he's not letting that get him down. Drill is an optimist who's happy just to be around people and get some pets and cuddles. He takes comfort in familiar routines and looks to his humans for direction on what to do next - whether that's lounging on the couch or going for a gentle walk. An adopter who is breed knowledgeable and who could help him lose a little weight would be wonderful for him. Drill has a heart of gold and will love you forever if you give him a chance, he has a lot of love left to give, and he's more than ready to share it with you. He will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old, as he is just used to living with an older person in a quiet home. If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Drill would love to meet them. He has an easy going, friendly approach with other dogs, he even seemed unphased by one of the dog’s puppy behavior. Drill for sure just seems more interested in people!
