Drago - FOSTER OR ADOPT ME!!

This precious little guy joined the rescue a little over a week ago and has fit right in at his Indiana foster home. Drago came to us very thin and has already gained some weight and is looking much better! He is being treated for a UTI and will be neutered on 2/22. He has already received all of his other needed vetting and he is microchipped. Drago is incredibly sweet and gets along beautifully with other dogs and LOVES people.2/22 UPDATE: Drago was neutered today and did great!!! They also removed two bad teeth. He will go back soon for a recheck of everything and then he will be ready to find his furever home!!4/19 UPDATE: Drago went to a foster to adopt home and despite him getting along with other dogs in his foster home and in another home where he spent some time while his foster family was out of town, he and a resident dog just did not mesh well. Drago will be returning to his Indiana foster home and is still looking for his furever family. He hasn't had any ongoing issues with any other dogs so we believe this was just a personality clash between a Boxer boy and a Frenchie boy. Stay tuned for more updates on Drago and some updated pictures!!5/1 UPDATE: Drago has moved to Prestige Pets for some work on his implulse control, obedience and overcoming the 'I am in charge' mentality. Please check back in soon on his progress!UPDATE 11/21: Drago has made HUGE strides in his training and we feel he is ready to find a foster or forever home. He will require a home with consistency and structure and who will continue working with him to be the best boy. He has previously done well with female dogs but we would prefer a meet and greet to happen before he goes to a home. His newly learned tricks are heel, shake and high five. Drago is on Apoquel and eats grain free food due to allergies.
