Dora

Idgie (or Dora) is a very sweet, smart, affectionate, energetic and lovable dog. She is house broken but does best in a kennel when you’re away/at work. She’s a great eater and not protective over her food. She’s been on flea & tick and heartworm meds and is up to date on vaccines. Her ideal home would be one active adult or an active couple who can walk/run her. No young children would be ideal. She does very well camping, hiking, and being an outdoorsy person’s buddy. She also does very well with other dogs but we never saw her with cats. She’s pretty protective of her people but not much of a barker. She’ll follow you around and loves to be affectionate. She loves being outside, going on adventures, playing with balls, going on walks and LOVES to snuggle her people. If you enjoy an active lifestyle and want a sweet, protective, lovable, smart and faithful dog, you will love her. She may be timid at first and it may take her a little time to show her true colors but you will be happy to have her be your furry companion.
