My Story

12/31/03 - Dookay, sweet dog, has arthritis - elbow. Happy dog. Crate trained. Comes when called most of the time. Gets along w/other dogs. Giving him Glycoflex & an occasional aspirin. 12/1/03 - DUKE / Dookay is CUTE, on the small side, soft, sweet expression, dark, a touch of grey on muzzle. NO CATS. Housebroken, crate trained. Neutered HW-neg & UTD. From PuertoRico.. (Springer size) 5yr His name on shelter paperwork is Fluke, Spanish pronunciation Flookay. He seems to respond better to being called Flookay than Fluke. Gentle, is good about coming when called when off lead, comes into house, into crate. Family had schoolage kids. FIVE YEAR OLD MALE NAMED FLUKE. HE IS NOT FOOD OR DOG AGGRESSIVE BUT HE WOULD NOT DO WELL PLACED IN A HOME WITH CATS. came from a NJ shelter. Neutered 10/30/03. An application, vet reference, home visit and a drive to PA a must to meet our dogs! To find out more about the Irish Setter breed, click here. To adopt, please submit an Adoption Application.
