My Story

IN MEMORY

Sadly Jesse never made it to a new home and was put to rest by the SPCA on January 7th 2006 as they could not help him. Jesse was never properly socialized by his previous owners and as a result did not trust people or other animals. He lived only two short years before he was abandoned at a shelter where he could not cope.
Thank you to those who tried to reach him and we are so sorry we could not help you in time Dodger. We will make sure Buster finds all the happiness you sadly could not and promise to take good care of him in your honor. Rest in Peace Dodger.

Upon arrival: December 2005:
Jesse, who is known by some as Dodger, is not with TnT Rescue but at the Burnaby SPCA waiting for a foster or forever home.
If you have Shar-pei experience and would be willing to help Jesse by taking him into your home, even on a temporary basis, please contact the Burnaby SPCA.
Jesse came in from the same home as Buster (aka Frank) who is also posted on this site. Sadly we could not find a foster home able to take in both dogs so Jesse is still at the shelter and in need of a new home. He is no doubt missing his pal and would love to find somewhere he and Buster could live together again but will gladly settle for a new home of his own. Buster is happy to wait for his new home in the comfort of foster care and Jesse would love the same opportunity. Please consider taking Jesse in, even on a foster basis, so he can enjoy the comforts of a loving home too.

Please contact or visit the Burnaby SPCA for more information about Jesse (aka Dodger) at:
