Dobie is a very sweet boy who is looking for his forever family. He loves the great outdoors and would do well having space to run and play. He is somewhat of an escape artist (climbs fencing using his nails) but usually doesn't stray far. He is not a fence jumper but will need a yard with an unclimbable fence. He would do best with a family who is home most of the time, that can show him the love and security he needs but through positive reinforcement training. He does get excited in new situations, but walks nicely on a leash and enjoys his daily walks. He's not a barker, he gets along with other cats and dogs, is house trained and knows how to use a doggy door. He loves everyone he meets, does not jump up and waits patiently to be petted. He is an excellent couch potato!!
