Dixie is 8 months old and 36 pounds. She is good with kids, cats and other dogs. She absolutely loves to play with other dogs and toys, but also loves to snuggle.
From her foster:
“Dixie is a sweet and fun girl. She can be a little shy at first, but give her a treat or a squeaky toy and she will be your new best friend. She loves toys and chews of all kinds. She will play for hours in the backyard with our other dogs or by herself with different toys. She is great at entertaining herself and doesn’t require constant attention or stimulation to stay occupied.
As much as she loves to play, she also loves to cuddle up with you on the couch or in bed. She loves to lay with my 11 year old son on the couch while he reads or plays video games. He is the only person she barks at if he stops petting her or playing with her. She absolutely adores him and will give him kisses until we pull her off of him.
Dixie really is a sweetheart who is eager to please and would make a great addition to any family.”
Dixie is with a foster in Tacoma.
