Dixie is a Harlequin Fawn. She's a purebred Great Dane, and she has had a fair share of puppies. Sadly, her owner could no longer care for her, and by the time help came to rescue Dixie from her home, Dixie was severely underweight and malnourished. You can still see all her bones. The good news is, she has gained weight after being rescued and continues to gain. Dixie is currently in foster care, so please make an appointment with the shelter. It is likely you will meet Dixie if you stop by Ridgefield's best wine store: Cellar XV - this is where Dixie spends most of her days with her wonderful foster mom. DIXIE HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING.
