**adopted**Diego is a pug/chihuahua mix that was found as a stray. He was found in a quonset where someone had put him in a cage and when they returned the cage door was open thinking someone had taken him. Instead he spent the time locked in the quonset with no food or water for about a week. He is very thin and in a foster home where there will be lots of TLC to make up for lost time. Diego has a beautiful chocolate color and within a couple of weeks should be back to a good weight with good food and plenty of fresh water. Diego will be given a full vet evaluation, be neutered, shots updated, treated for fleas, and wormed before going home. You can still fill out an application for adoption. A donation of $125 adoption fee will go toward his medical work.
