Meet Dickens!! Dickens is as sweet as apple pie, deeply enjoys walks, and really loves butt scratches but he loves his girl dogs the most. Dickens is house broken and extremely obedient once he loves and trusts you he would do anything to please you. This pointer mix has been with us since October of 2021 but is now available and ready to find him home. For his first 6 years of his life he only knew and loved 1 woman he was so bonded with his previous owner that he was protective with strangers. Dickens was said to have a nip history with the woman’s family member and a guest in her home but after this long year that Dickens spent at the rescue he was introduced to multiple volunteers and has became more trusting and open to new people.
