This boy was found lost and desperately trying to find his family. A good samaritan rescued him and is now looking to find him that permanent home where he will always be safe. Dexter is a LOVE!! You can see in the first photo how he literally smiles when he is happy. We want to make sure that Dexter always has something to smile about now.
