Dex is a 10 year old terrier mix that came from a hoarding situation. He arrived very scared, but with love and affection is coming out of his shell. Very sweet, but very timid. We think he received minimal or no human contact. This little guy will need a quiet home with someone who will be very patient with him while he continues to learn a life of love from human(s). He will take some time to trust you. He is food motivated and a fast learner. He needs more leash training. We are working on potty training. He loves to play with other dogs and is very submissive. Once you gain his trust, he's playful and likes to be pet and loves belly rubs. He does like his alone time sometimes.
