My name is Dewie. I was adopted at a shelter in Arizona and then had some changes in my life. I was living in a van with my people and another dog. I developed 'happy tail' and then couldn't get it better. I came to the shelter to get help and have now had a partial amputation of my tail. My face is much better(I had a muzzle on in the van). I love people! I'm learning to tolerate other dogs. I have been found to not hear very well.....I can hear a whistle by a person or other device, but do not hear a person's normal voice or car approaching from behind.
I should not be an off-leash dog then for my own safety!! I am also on Apoquel for my itchy skin. A diamond in the rough I am!! I can be adopted by appointment with an approved application.
