Dewey is a young tripawd hailing from Mexico. Despite enduring a challenging start, he's a happy, well-behaved dog. Deweys left hind leg was amputated due to a car accident, but he is adapting well. He loves to run and being a tripawd hasnt slowed him down at all! While Dewey isn't particularly food-driven, he enjoys engaging in mealtime activities like 'find it'. His favorite game? Hunting down his scattered kibble! Inside the home, Dewey is a model citizen. He's fully house-trained, crate-trained, and exhibits no destructive tendencies. Although he may bark at outdoor noises, he welcomes visitors without a peep. Dewey's walking adventures are filled with curiosity, although he may bark in response to other dogs' barking or unfamiliar sounds. Dewey thrives on companionship and affection. His mid-energy level makes him an ideal companion for various lifestyles. Dewey has adjusted well to life on three legs, and continued walks and exercise are crucial to maintain muscle mass.
