Delta is a young German shepherd at 3yrs old. He is looking for a loving family to take him to obedience class, provide exercise, and love him as much as he will love you. He walks great on a leash and will sit, but not stay. He is social and eager to please. Someone was not super nice to Delta in the past so he is a bit head shy. He is sensitive and eager to trust, though. He will do great in a mature and loving home! Delta currently is being treated for heart worm, at the expense of the rescue, but please don’t let this scare you away. Delta is a loving young boy who just wants his forever family to finally find him!
An update on Delta. He has been found to be good with other dogs, but the dogs in the foster's home are not fond of Delta. They are older and set in. A shepherd savvy home should have no issues as long as properly introduced.
