Dawn (Lucy)

Dawn (who knows the name Lucy) is a sweet girl. She was adopted back in 2016, but her owner could no longer care for her due to divorce and change of job. While in the home, she became very attached to the children and would not leave their side. She was accustomed to being groomed and having her nails trimmed. She loves to be wherever the people are and would prefer a home where she is not alone too often. She really wants a home where she can be an indoor dog, but with outdoor playtime. She is scared of big dogs but loves small dogs and is very protective of them. She mostly likes to sleep near our desks when she's in the office, but she's surprisingly spry for such an old lady! She easily escapes from playpens here at the shelter, but when she does she only wants to come back inside. She's a very loyal and laid-back little girl who deserves to spend her golden years getting pampered in a home!
