My Story

DAVITA discovered life at Animal Control was more than frightening. She was dumped because she sounded aggressive when playing with other dogs...not so in foster. She is absolutely adorable...possible Boston/Rat Terrier mix (who knows), approximate six months old, very playful, not intrusive but loves attention, gets along great with other dogs and even cats, a bit skitty with loud noises or voices, a bit fearful of men, kennel trained, fair house manners, likes to ride, needs puppy training but a joy to have in the home. DaVita is a puppy who obviously did not have good previous owners...she is afraid of hands reaching down to her until she begins to trust that person...then she even gives kisses. This little gal would blossom in a home that can give her lots of attention and time. Another dog in the home would be great for her. An adult home or home with older children is advised. Fenced yard is advised. This baby warms your heart as you watch her gain confidence and trust...she is a fun and loving puppy that creates lots of warm fuzzies for the person(s) who shares her experiences.
