Davinci is being fostered in Jeffersonville, IN which is approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Howllo! My name is Davinci. I am a VERY VERY sweet fellow. I am approximately 8 months old, and I still have some growing to do! I love people so very much that in fact, when I meet you, my tail begins to wag and my upper lip raises up over my gums into a real doggie smile! Seriously, I smile at you! I am a very sweet boy and eager to please. I LOVE my chewies, and especially stuffed animals. I like to carry them around the house. I currently weigh about 50 pounds. I am very good natured, and I love other dogs. In fact, I'm quite the social butterfly! My hobbies are going on walks, and hanging out with you. I am very loyal and will make an excellent companion pet. I want to be part of the family. My adoption fee is $175. I am neutered, microchipped, UTD on all shots, and Frontlined. WE HIGHLY recommend puppy/dog training! It is very important when adopting a pet. We become easily frustrated b/c people will EASILY adopt a puppy, but then not train them properly, and need to find another home for them when they are starting to exhibit bad behavior patterns, i.e, biting, jumping, etc. Usually around 3-9 months old. By that time, they are not “cute”, "small", or very “puppy.” It is very important that you go to a dog obedience class with your new pet! This will greatly help them and you learn how to properly teach good habits, instill discipline, and learn effective training techniques. Obedience training also helps older dogs who are going into a new home/environment as well! The window of opportunity for establishing good behavior patterns and strategies for both puppy and dog is limited!
