This darling little lady is Daphne! Despite her dainty size, Daphne is a bold girl who isn't afraid to chase her bigger brother around the backyard. Daphne is a classy lady who isn't afraid to enjoy the finer things in life; she enjoys savoring her meals, curling up on soft puppy beds, and playing with her favorite toys (squeaky, fluffy ones and chew ropes). This smart girl has already learned to "sit" for a treat, and is working hard to learn the commands "leave it" and "come" as well as master potty training. We know Daphne is going to grow to be a wonderful dog for her forever family. Could that be with you? Daphne is current on age-appropriate shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
