Hi, my name is Dante. I came to PAWS4you from the Humane Society in another state. I am a bit shy but warm up fast, especially with treats. Once I know you, I love getting belly rubs! I need a patient adopter with dog experience who is willing to spend a lot of time with me. I get a little possessive of my favorite human and I'd rather not share that person with anyone. Although I enjoy going on walks with low-energy dogs, I prefer not to share my human with furry friends either. I'm just a little finicky, but I'm still a good boy and will be a loyal companion. I love going for walks and the best part of being outdoors is chasing lizards! I have so much fun. I would do best in a house, no apartments/condos for me. In my ideal home, I would be the only pet and would have only one adult who would take me for walks and give me lots of belly rubs. Do you think you're the special person I'm looking for?
