Hi everyone, I am Dakota You might have seen me on my rescues social media pages. It is now my turn to be officially Adoptable! I am now 1 yr old and have learned many things. We think I am a heeler/Shep X and I have great ears and a very shiny mostly black short coat. I am fully vetted, potty trained, ride in a car nicely, sleep in an enclosed xpen, get along with all sizes of doggies. More stuff is that I once had a broken leg, then I had a patella issue - isn't that a funny name for a knee cap? I healed in a splint from my broken leg and I had a surgery on my patella. Lots of xpen time for me and loads of slow PT. But now I run and run and play like all other doggies. Sometimes my tummy was upset, so it took alot of food changes. My tummy like Hydrolyzed Protein foods and crunchy H/P treatos too. I sit perfectly for those treatsies and I am very gentle. My favorite days are going to see my friends at camp. I even got to spend the night away from my foster home at camp. It was a blast. I love leash walks too. My best home would be a home with another dog or more than 1 and a yard to play in. Maybe your dog(s) go to a play camp?, I am ready to join them. My foster Mom is the Adoption coordinator and can share so much more about me. So, please text or call my Mama Deb at 928-853-1046.
