Dakota

DAKOTA is a one and a half year old, female, Giant Schnauzer...bundle of energy, very playful, sweet natured and pretty adorable describes this huge terrier. She came out of Animal Control with a urinary infection...but actually she needed surgery to remove two fairly good size rocks from her stomach...ouch! After surgery and antibiotics...she is ready to go. She is still fairly puppy, so someone willing to work on training would be required. A bit barky at times, kennel trained, loves to ride, would enjoy hiking and walks, sometimes believes she is a lap dog, plays a little to rough for smaller dogs, somewhat hard headed (oh that terrier nature), does great (and plays lots) with bigger dogs, not so well with cats, non-shedding and melts your heart when she places her head on your lap and looks at you with those manipulative, big beautiful brown eyes. This baby would do excellent in an active home, one willing to pursue training and understand she is a BIG puppy, has a fenced yard and wants a companion that will be ever devoted and very, very loving. Dakota has a heart of gold...and the right home will be richly rewarded when she is included into their family!!
