Hello! I'm Daisy! I'm a 4 year old, 30 pound, female pug and beagle mix. I am a pretty nervous girl and need some time to warm up to new people. I am very sweet and friendly once I feel safe. I am a laid back gal who would do great with someone looking for a low energy dog. I still need at least one walk a day as I am a little overweight. I require a meet and greet with other dogs in the household. I get startled pretty easily so no young kids for me. Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
