Daddyo is a 6 year old and 10 lbs Maltese mix that came to us after his owner went into a nursing home. She had several dogs in the home and some were more socialized than others. DaddyO is sweet and warms up but is very skittish and shy at first and will need a home that understands that and is willing to give him the time and love he needs.
Daddyo is a great boy. Coming out of his shell but slowly. He was terrified of Karter when she got here, wouldn’t come out of his crate. But an hour or so later was cuddling with her.
I honestly don’t think he’s been outside much, he just shakes when I take him outside. Using pee pads.
He is not a fan of thunderstorms.
Does great in his crate at night and when I’m not home.
