Curly

Curly was surrendered to us- we were very glad he was because he was completely emaciated weighing only 6 pounds!! He has been in foster care for quite a few weeks and has put on 3-4 pounds and is now at a healthy weight (10 pounds). Curly is about 8 months old and has puppy energy and playfulness! He likes other dogs and loves to play, play, play. We recommend that he goes to a home with at least school aged children due to his playfulness- he would love some school aged kids to spend time with! Email us today for an application!

Curly is neutered, utd shots, dewormed, heartworm tested and had a dental cleaning. His adoption donation is $200. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Important things to know before you contact us:

If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
