Hi, my name is Cupcake and I am a Shih Tzu/Lhasa mix. I am six years old and weigh 13 lbs. I am UTD on shots and I have been spayed. I am housebroken and I love to play with squeaky toys. When everyone gets tired of playing, I play by myself. My original owner died and the family I went to live with kept me outside, which wasn’t much fun. They decided they didn’t want me, so the nice people at SSTR took me.
I am the happiest when I am sitting in my foster mom’s lap. She tells me how special I am and how much she loves me. When she starts kissing me, I know I can get anything I want, so I go for a belly rub. She tells me I am very smart and has been teaching me tricks. I am very friendly and get along with other fur kids. (cats/dogs) Children make me very nervous so I prefer not to live with someone that has small children. My foster mom says I am a real clown, whatever that means. She laughs when she says it, so it must be ok.
I have heartworms; but will soon get treatments...yuck! I am scared; but my foster mom keeps telling me once the heartworms are gone, I can go to my forever home and play 24/7….Yippee! I have so much love to give and I am looking for my forever home. Maybe you have a place in your heart that I can fill.
