Corona

ADOPTED!! Meet Corona...she's a fresh and lively as the Cerveza itself!! This 60 lb, 2 yr old young lady came all the way from Iowa and somehow ended up in a shelter in San Diego (we know she came from Iowa due to her microchip). Her timing was atrocious because if you're a dog, the beginning of July is not a good time to find yourself in a shelter as the place gets really crowded around the 4th due to all the fireworks. Anyway, we got this lovely lady out of there and she's now looking for her true home! The first thing you need to know about this gal is that she always has a smile on her face...she was a shelter favorite!! Secondly, you can teach her to do anything if you've got a ball in your hand. This lady LOVES her ball and is a first class retriever! Thirdly, she has all sorts of energy, so she needs an active family to call her own. She likes going running at the beach and would love to accompany her new family on hiking & camping outings. She's terrific at the dog park, but if it's located next to a baseball diamond, she does get a bit distracted by all the balls being thrown back & forth! Remember what I told you about her ball? Regarding people, well Corona loves them!! She'll greet you with a friendly "Hello" and a happy smile. She's hospitable and fun-loving and appreciates the affections you're willing to dote upon her.
