Corky is a 30 pound, two-year old male Corgi/Shiba Inu mix who was rescued from the Yuba County Animal Control. He is a very sweet boy that gets along well with humans and dogs and willingly gives up control to his two current very alpha female housemates. At each adoption fair, Corky is a hit with children and adults alike and will do everything in his power to get close to both. He loves to play, is a ball of energy that settles down quickly and rides well either in the small cab of a pickup or crated in the truck bed for the two hour drives to adoption fairs. And if all this isn't enough to adopt him, he's also crate trained. Corky would be an excellent choice for the the dog savvy family, single, couple, country home owner or small condo city dweller. With a little more training, Corky will be a most awesome companion. Like all NorSled dogs, he is current on his shots, neutered, tested negative for heartworm and microchipped.
