Corey is about 1-2 years old and around 29 lbs. He looks just like a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen (PBGV) mixed with a Schnauzer. He is a very outgoing and merry dog who enjoys exploring, following his nose where ever it leads him. He is happy going for walks, playjng with other dogs or snuggling up on the couch with you. He takes treats very gently from your hand. We are not sure, but he seems to be housebroken.

Our organization is run by volunteers who try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few of us, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about our animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on our website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as we can, usually within 5 days. We also don't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved.
