Copper ~ CGC

UPDATE 8/20! Copper continues to be a wonderful boy- curious and playful, yet very in tune with his handler and knows his commands. Since passing his CGC, he is taking on the challenge of learning more advanced obedience skills and we have no doubt he won't rise to the challenge! Stay tuned for reports of his progression! 8/11/10 UPDATE: Copper passed his CGC...woohoo what a smart boy! 7/21/10 UPDATE: Copper loves everyone and would be a fantastic family pet! This smart boy is flying thru his obedience training and will likely pass his CGC in the next few weeks. Copper arrived on 7-8-10 and came in the prison very friendly and curious about his new surroundings. Copper is about 2 1/2 yrs old and just forty pounds. Copper was found and kept by a local vet, but since he wasn't adopted, was transferred to the Southside SPCA and then we had the pleasure of meeting him. Copper is doing wonderfully and he's a quick learner too! Copper rides well in the car and would be a great candidate as a family dog with other pets.
