If he is not already spoken for, Cooper will be joining us at our adoption drive on Saturday, July 10th at Albertson's on Pershing Blvd. in Cheyenne.
Cooper is a little Shih Tzu boy from an Amish Puppy Mill. He was released just a few weeks ago, and has completed his dental which required pulling quite a few of his teeth. He is altered and vaccinations are UTD, and he is heartworm negative. A loving little boy whose tail never stops wagging, Cooper loves everyone and plays well with other dogs.
Due to the stress of living in a puppy mill environment, we feel Cooper would be happiest in a home with chidlren over 5 who can be instrucetd to handle him carefully and gently.
