Cole- adopted!

Shireen and Patrick were on the hunt for an easy-going, young Pit mix when they spotted Cole on petfinder. They were no longer satisfied by borrowing other people's dogs, plus the timing was perfect for getting a pup, as Shireen had just taken a break from work. Foster parents Jody and Cori knew that Shireen and Patrick were the right match for easy-going Cole as soon as they met up. Best of all they live in the same neighborhood as Finn's dog mom Merry, and dog brother Harley. They are also signed up for the same obedience classes as a couple of his siblings are taking! We can't wait for Cole to grow up to be a great ambassadog for Pit mixes.

Update Feb. 13th- Cole is a DREAMY puppy. He just melts in your arms when you pick him up. There is a reason why all of our foster homes are adopting these pups. They are well on their way to being crate-trained and are sleeping through the night pretty nicely. Cole is in foster care with his sister Noelle, an well-socialized big brother dog, a couple of cats, and some wonderful humans. He's a gem in the making who will no doubt be adopted quickly.

Update January 30th- The pups are now 8 weeks old and ready for homes of their own. They a chunky, happy, healthy puppies that will now be heading into individual foster homes to get a start on their training, while waiting for someone lucky to fall in love with one of them. These puppies will be starting our Pit Ed classes shortly, and hope to continue these classes with their new families.

This is one of the boys from Merry's litter. Please keep in mind that although oh so cute and adorabull, puppies are alot of work. They need a home where someone is home more often than not. They pee, poo, eat, chew and repeat for the first bit of their lives. Puppy kindergarten and basic obedience courses will be mandatory to make sure that these pups get off on the right foot on becoming a good example of the pitbull breed.
