**adopted**Cody is a male Maltese is about 6 years young. He was at the pound and his time was up. He must have been on his own for a long time, He has a bad tartar build up, as his hair is very matted in big lumps and he is very thin. It was hard for him to walk and his backside is very tender from the matted hair. Poor Cody also had mats of hair so bad on his face that the hair around his eyes is attached to the hair on his mouth and its very uncomfortable for him. We have had him in for immediate grooming and vet attention. Which will without a doubt mean getting his coat as short as possible to give the coat a fresh start. Cody is in a foster home with other dogs and cats and seems to like everyone and all the friends to play with. Photos are now posted of his before photo #3 and the after photos of #1 & #2 Cody will be neutered, complete dental cleaning, shots updated, groomed, wormed, treated for fleas and ticks and vet checked. A $100 donation covers his medical expenses.
