My Story

Cocoa is a tiny (about 5 lbs) blue and tan chihuahua - appears to be purebred. Like most chi's, he is timid until he warms up - then he is all about kisses! Cocoa gets along well with the other dogs and does not bother the cats. He sleeps all night without a potty break and is not a finicky eater.

Cocoa has heartworms and will be treated prior to adoption. Treatment is very expensive, but without it - Cocoa will die. If you would like to contribute to Cocoa's heartworm treatment, go to www.canineshelterrescue.org and click on Donate to contribute via PayPal. OR mail a check to: Canine Shelter Rescue, P. O. Box 7025, North Augusta, SC 29861-7025. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE and mean the difference between life and death for this dog!
