My Story

Coco is approximately 8 - 9 months old in these pictures taken August 22, 2007. She is really a beautiful and nice dog. Coco is very healthy and is such a sweet girl. Good manners, doesn't jump on people, housebroken, plays fetch and catch, loves the water, sits mostly on command, does good on a leash. Coco is very friendly and playful. She is not shy with people at all. We believe that someone worked with her before she got lost. She is basically a ready made dog. Coco will be 60-70 pounds give or take as an adult. A nice rich chocolate color with slightly red undertones. She is very pretty. Coco is probably a full lab, just one of the thinner built ones.

Coco was found at a church outside of Elm Springs. A nice lady fed her and tried to find her owners. After a few weeks, she took Coco home and is fostering her until we can place her.

September 17, 2007 - UPDATE:
From Coco's foster mom
Coco is such a smart little girl. When she wants to go for a walk, she goes over and gets her leash, then brings it too us. She rides well in the car and is learning to walk on a leash.

Coco was heartworm tested on 9/17/07 and was negative. She received her HW preventative and Frontline the same day. Coco weighed 52 pounds.
