Cloud was picked up by two caring animal lovers off of the side of the highway. He was wearing an electric dog fence collar but no one ever stepped forward to claim him. Cloud is very strong and active and likes to guide you with his mouth. For that reason, he would probably not do well with small children and needs a dog savvy home. He is a real beauty.
