Cloe ADOPTED:)

Cloe had owners who got her as a baby puppy. They wanted to get rid of her because she was not housetrained and she chewed on things. Ok, well, when you get a baby puppy please please spend some time training the puppy! Goodness, LOL! So now Cloe is with the Waverly Pet Rescue and living in a foster home. She has never been to a vet before so we took her to one of our vets and she is now up to date on shots and was dewormed. She is also spayed

2/5/10 Cloe is about 4 months old and already weighs about 40 pounds. She is very sweet and looking for love. She was a little scared at the vet office. The foster dad went to pick her up and she bonded with him immediatly. She is just looking for someone with love, time, and patience to train her to be a good doggy. She follows her foster dad everywhere and would easily bond with a new family who is kind and gentle. She has a lot of puppy energy and loves to play! So far on her foster home, she has not chewed on anything she isn't supposed to as long as she has toys or something around she can chew on. So this shows she is smart because she has already learned this in only a couple of days! She does well with other dogs and ignores the cat. She does know how to "sit" too! Her foster home is working wioth housetraining with her and she will need continued training in a new home. She loves to sleep in bed with you if you let her just know she is a bed hog! LOL

Please be ready for the challenges of a puppy before adopting one....this little girl comes with a ton of love, but puppies are also a lot of work. Please have the time and commitment for a puppy before adoption.

WE ARE A NO-KILL 501 C 3 NON-PROFIT RESCUE. All donations are tax deductible. We do not have a shelter yet. All pets live in foster homes. We only adopt to indoor homes. To see an animal, you must fill out an application first and then once approved, we can set up for you to meet the animal you are interested in. We do background checks on all applicants. All animals see a vet for shots and normal exams. If they appear healthy and there are no obvious health concerns, then extensive testing is not done. This is normal procedure for pet rescues and shelters.
