My name is Clifford and I am a GREAT DOG! I was picked up by New Hanover Animal Control running loose with another dog mid November. January 2, 2009 the other dog was adopted and I ran out of time, meaning I was to be euthanized since no one had adopted me yet. Instead, I was sponsored by Garrett Ledbetter whose mother paid for my adoption fee and Adopt-An-ANGEL fortunately made room for me. I seem to be good with cats, kids, dogs and EVERYONE!!! Unfortunately, I also tested positive for heartworms, but AAA will raise the money for my heartworm treatment. AAA does NOT think I will be around for long. In fact, AAA thinks I am a diamond in the ruff and think people were fools having missed me in the first place! I don't pull on the leash. I don't jump on you or act crazy at all. I do like to play with other dogs though. Come see me at Petco each weekend from 11-5 to adopt me. THANK YOU GARRETT!! I owe you my life!
