My Story

Cleodore Bronte is an approximately 1.5 year old Pomsky that weighs 12 pounds. Cleo is a shy little guy that take a bit of time to warm up to new people. Because of this, he needs a very patient owner that will go slow with him and let him take him time to get comfortable in new surroundings. The good news is that he loves other dogs, loves his toys, and once he knows you, he is a great cuddler. He still gets quite nervous outside of his home and yard so it is slow going with walks and other social events. Small children and a lot of coming and going would just be too much for him so we would like to find him a quieter environment with older humans and another small, confident canine playmate. He does enjoy running in a fenced in yard with the dog in his foster home and will easily entertain himself with a good squeaky toy! Cleo has basically mastered his house and crate training but will benefit from humans that are home more than gone so he doesn't regress with his training. He has learned basic commands like come and down and has the smarts to continue learning. This little guy has a goofy, fun personality that will light up your life! Cleodore Bronte is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $250 plus any additional donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs! All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with Director/Trainer Ashley Reum. Visit Our Project Reward site: https://www.snootygiggles.com/project-reward-class-descriptions-times/ You must have an approved application before being able to visit a dog. Visit our website below for an adoption application https://www.snootygiggles.com/dog-application/ If you expect to leave the dog alone for long periods of time, please do not consider adopting a puppy. Puppies need lots of attention and companionship. Thanks. All known information about the animal is listed above. We do our best to give accurate information, but most of our dogs are rescues and do not come with a known history.
