Visit the dogs at the Ramona, SD 4th of July celebration from 1-4pm!

The puppies are now 10 weeks old and ready for new homes! We are guessing about their breed, but whatever the mix they sure are cute! These pups were born in foster care and have been well socialized with children, dogs, cats and people. Since they were 5 weeks old, they have been using a doggie door and do their potty business outside- they will be a breeze to housebreak! We want these puppies to be inside dogs. Please email us for adoption information! The pups are spayed and neutered.

Clara is spayed, utd shots, kennel cough vaccinated, wormed. Her adoption donation is $95. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Important things to know before you contact us:

If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
