Meet the beautiful Cinnamon, a 2 yo female lab/golden retriever mix. She is very smart, obedient, gentle, and has a medium energy level.
Cinnamon loves the water and enjoys being petted and rubbed. She is very affectionate and loving.
Cinnamon was recently selected to participate in the DAWGS in prison program and will graduate in early Sept.
The DAWGS in prison program is an 8-week intensive training program in a work camp setting. Each dog has a handler, caretaker and trainer. All are inmates who are well trained themselves and dedicated to their dogs' success. Graduates of the program are crate trained, housetrained, walk well on a leash, and know many commands like sit, stay, come, and down. Dogs are temperament tested prior to admission and must get along well with other dogs and humans.To adopt, please fill out an adoption application. Cinnamon can be adopted now and picked up at her graduation.
