This is Cincy....short for Cincinnati! She is a gorgeous 3 yr old female Harlequin Great Dane with brown eyes and altered ears that flop. She was an owner surrender to a shelter because the owner had too many dogs. She seems to have not been well socialized outside the home with other dogs. Because of this she can be picky about who she likes. Her dislike of some other dogs seemed to be fear based and it is more noticeable when she is not properly introduced or the other dog is too high energy and in her face. To work on this we have put her through professional training with the Dog Wizard, here in Charlotte NC. After 2 weeks she was off leash socializing with other dogs and seems much more at ease and confident around them BUT...she still needs proper introductions and a Dane savvy owner to continue with her training. She knows all her basic commands, is a dream in the house...GREAT manners!!! She is crate trained but doesn't need it as she is fully housetrained and isn't destructive. She absolutley ADORES kids and if she hears them on the TV or computer immediatly perks up and looks for them! Cinci is also fine around cats. Really....she is pretty much close to perfect...don't you want to give her a forever home????
