Chipper

Chipper is approximately 10-12 months old. Chipper is full of energy. One of half of Chipper's right eye is blue. Chipper was very sweet when he was adopted from the shelter in May. It seems that Chipper's adoptive owners has dumped him. Chipper is much thinner then he was when he left the shelter, a little scared and was never neutered. Chipper cannot be released back to his adoptive owners. Chipper will be available through the application process on August 3rd.
