My Story

CHIPET got disgarded at Animal Control due to a move...but she also came with some medical issues. This sorta homely but still very cute, tan, approximately three year old Pug/Chihuahua mix came with a chronic cough...not kennel cough. She has been on several medications but the problem has not been eliminated. She is very sweet and loving, adores lap time (a bit lap assertive), does well with other small dogs and cats, has good house manners, is extremely devoted and fairly quiet. She is small (about six or seven pounds) but her cough can sound mighty at times. Because she has big, sad eyes and a smushed face, she breaks your heart and seems so delicate and pitiful. She is actually very hearty and happy...no matter what happens, she completely enjoys life...a lesson we all can learn. She will be placed in an adult home only...one that will be understanding of her condition and tolerant of that darn ole cough. This little baby deserves tons of love and affection...she does not hesitate to give her all back in return.
