Playful and friendly, 5 year old Chief’s goal in life is to be your loyal companion. How he loves to be with you! Chief is an affectionate boy ready with a gentle kiss. At 55 -60 pounds, he’s a nice sized Lab for someone who’d like a buddy who’s a bit smaller.
The first thing you might notice about Chief when you meet him is his soft, kind brown eyes and then you’ll be delighted by how cute he is all over! He’s active and curious, gentle, relaxed, clever and intelligent. Chief may put his paws on you in greeting, but is quite gentle about it. Like a true Lab, he loves gnawing on rawhides and bones and to be swimming and splashing in any water around. Playing with other dogs is high on his list of favorites too. Chief comes to us accustomed to life outside and will surely enjoy the warmth and attention as you welcome him to a life inside with you.
