Chester

Chester is an 11 pound miniature dachshund. His birthday is 10/08/04. His owner did not have time for him and gave him to rescue. He is 2 years old and very friendly. He gets along with other dogs. We can test him with cats upon request. Chester is very appreciative of any kindness, and is loving all the attention in foster care. He is not a barker and is very sweet. The vet said that he is a very special boy- never complaining during his visit to be neutered. The vet loved Chester very much and said he needs the best of homes : ) Chester barks when first put in his crate but settles in soon after.

Chester is neutered, utd shots, kennel cough vaccinated, heartworm tested. His adoption donation is $150. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
