Are you looking for the All American family dog? I'm just that! My name is Checker and I have been an awesome addition to my foster family. I am an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix. I get along beautifully with other dogs and I love having cats around to play with. I'm still learning that cats don't want to play the same way dogs do, but I'd never intentially hurt a cat. I've been checking out my foster family's kittens and they enjoy checking me out as well. I'll go nose to nose with them if they are interested in me in return. I appear to be potty trained as I have not messed in the house or my crate. I am crate trained and gentle on my leash. I also enjoy running and playing with my foster mom. I'm a pretty lovable guy and almost anyone can get along with me. I do tend to play a little on the rambunctious side, so I may be better with older children.
